Welcome to Ki Fitness, one the leading fitness facilities in North Yorkshire. Established in May 2011 by owner Alex Thompson, his aim was to create a centre that could accommodate all fitness abilities and most importantly, help everyone achieve their fitness goals.
Owner & Trainer
KI Fitness was founded by owner and head coach, Alex Thompson. His goal was to create a gym that stood apart from the commercial gyms and to show men and women that by using free weight training methods, they could lose weight, tone up and strengthen their bodies to a whole new level.
Kate has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years, having built a successful personal training business already she has extend her personal profile by becoming a qualified spinning and boxercise instructor.
Kate currently runs boxercise and spinning classes here at Ki Fitness and has already built up a great repore with our members.

Ciaran is a level 3 reps personal trainer. His personal journey led to a fascination of the health & fitness industry. He has already built a successful online training business, mentoring and helping numerous clients with their training and diets.
